OQ Operation Qualification bestehend aus: Abgleich der Meßsysteme, Kalibrierung der Meßsysteme, Funktionsüberprüfung der eingebauten Komponenten, Testläufe und Funktionsüberprüfung der gesamten Anlage, Erstellung der Prüfdokumentation und der Funktionsbeschreibung, Erstellung der OQ-Protokollblätter
IQ Installation: specification of main components, check the installed mechanical components, check of electro installation according to wiring diagram and bill of materials, verification of the chamber and the pipes according to drawing specifications, material and surface quality, compilation of relevant manuals.
