The removal of the film from the shoes can be done by special grip-pincers. The user does not, therefore, come into contact with the film for hygiene reasons.The used film-rests can be thrown into the recyclingbox GaloTec. Here they are treated thermally and pressed in certain intervals. Later small and manageable PVC-packages can be send to the recyclingcompanies. Approx. 400 used over-shoes can be collected in GaloTec. After that the automatic moulding (pressing) by temperature-addition takes place. This process can be repeated several times, so that later the owner can take out manageable PVC-briquettes. The dimension of each briquette is approx. 40 x 60 x 5 cm. So they can be easily collected on Euro-palettes or in lattice-boxes.
